01General information only

Everything on citymarketing.net is published for general information about my services: local SEO, Google Business Profile work, Meta Ads and AI receptionist set-up. It is not a contract or a personalised proposal. Only a signed agreement or written scope of work sets out what I will do for a specific client.

I take care to keep the site accurate and current, but I cannot promise every detail is complete or up to date. Tools, prices and platform rules change often.

02No guaranteed results

Local SEO, advertising and AI tools depend on many things I do not control, including competitors, your market, your reviews, your budget and the choices platforms make. For that reason:

  • I do not guarantee any ranking, map position, traffic level, number of calls, leads, bookings or revenue.
  • Any figure, example or case study on this site describes one situation. It is not a promise that you will get the same outcome.
  • Timelines are estimates. Local ranking changes can take weeks or months.

03Google, Meta and other platforms

I work with platforms such as Google Business Profile, Google Search, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp and telephony providers. They are independent companies. I am not employed by, endorsed by or partnered with them unless I say so in writing, and their names are used only to describe what I work on.

Platforms can change their rules, suspend accounts, remove listings or reviews, or reject ads at any time. I cannot control or reverse these decisions, and I am not responsible for them.

04Not professional advice

Nothing here is legal, medical, financial, tax or regulatory advice. This matters most for the industries I serve:

  • Medical and cosmetic businesses (such as med spas) remain responsible for the accuracy of their treatment claims, before-and-after images, licensing and advertising rules. I can help present your content, but I do not review it for medical or regulatory compliance.
  • Every client is responsible for following the laws and platform policies that apply to their own business, including consent rules for calls, texts and recordings.
  • Please take advice from a qualified professional before relying on anything here for a legal, medical or financial decision.

05AI receptionist and automated tools

AI tools can misunderstand callers, mishear details or give an incomplete answer. They are meant to help with routine enquiries and bookings, not to replace your judgement.

  • They are not suitable for emergencies. Anyone in an emergency should call their local emergency number.
  • They should not be relied on for medical, legal or safety advice.
  • Clients should review call summaries and bookings, and keep a way for customers to reach a person.

You use this site and any information on it at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
